Hey lovelies, hope your week has been great and beautiful. Last week I posted some of my work out pictures and videos on Instagram and also wanted to update you LynnVille readers. So today’s post is not just about having a good body or about keeping fit but also eating healthy. Many people focus on the work out and after working hard in the gym, they go home to eat unhealthy foods and build back the calories they just burnt. That’s just like running in circles but never achieving anything. So what’s the remedy? EAT HEALTHY!
I noticed we love to eat plenty of rice in Nigeria and it’s mostly consumer with stew or as jollof rice or fried rice. One thing these different types of rice have is too much oil. The oil consumption is way too much and is not good for the health but with this recipe, you can eat rice in a healthy way. I actually kissed stews goodbye a loooong time ago; I no longer do the whole tomatoe stew ish. Instead I do vegetable sauce with a mix of prawn, jalepinos, shredded/corned beef etc. Today’s recipe is – White rice with Prawn-Vegetable Sauce.
Spring Onions
Green Peppers
Vegetable Oil
Spices -knorr cube, pepper, thyme.
  • Cut the vegetables into smaller pieces
  • Pour little quantity of oil into a frying pan and let it heat up for about 3 seconds
  • Put in the vegetables and let them fry for about 2 – 3 mins
  • Put the prawns and add your spices
  • Stir everything together for about 5 mins and …
  • VOILA, your meal is ready.

Very easy steps, very fast cooking and very healthy.
Workout Sessions at Home
I have been in the gym few times; all my exercise/workout is mostly indoors at home. Here are some of the pictures from last week’s work out.

Nothing good comes easy hun, you gotta put in a little effort to achieve your goals. Watch the video for this tummy workout HERE

Make sure you don’t spoil your hard-work by eating junkies and fatty food after working out. Have a lovely week. XX
